Delivery & Returns

AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY

For all purchases over $150 (AUD) FREE shipping is automatically applied at the checkout and for any spend under $100 (AUD) a flat rate (standard shipping) of $8.95 delivery fee will be charged.

Delivery times are 3-5 business days from the time of order. A dispatch confirmation email displaying your tracking number will be sent once the order has been shipped.

Express shipping is available for $15.

All deliveries are made by Australia Post.

* Please note that during sale or promotional events, delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times above.

 

PICK UP IN STORE

This service enables you to shop online and collect your purchases in store avoiding delivery charges. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track the status of your delivery at any time. 

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you. Please note in cases where the parcel is marked as delivered it is the responsibility of the customer to follow this up with Australia Post. 

RETURNS

If you are not completely happy with any fully priced item from  you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. We DO NOT offer refunds for change of mind, but we will offer you a store credit.

Conditions of returning an item:

All items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition. All tags and incidentals (i.e. spare buttons) must be attached. Please take care when trying on the item, as we are not able to accept returns with makeup stains. If we deem the item not to be in perfect condition the item will be returned to the customer. If you purchase an item and choose to return it and that item has gone on sale in the mean time you will be offered the sale price as a store credit.
